Cutting - Our laser cutting machine
gives us the capacity of cutting 3m x 1.5m
sheets up to a thickness of 15mm in mild steel.
CNC Punching
- Our
punching facilities enables fast and accurate
production of flat panels which can involve
specialist forming. The 20 ton capacity offers
a max punching thickness of 6.4mm in mild
steel and a punch rate of 320 hits/min.
CNC Presswork
- A variety of CNC press brakes from 30t x
1.2m bend up to 125t x 3m bend enables production
of both small and large components efficiently.
Tube
Bending - NC tube bending with a
capacity of 50mm dia x 3mm wall in round and
square tubes.
Welding
- Fully qualified welders able to work in
mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
with both MIG and TIG processes.
Finishing
- Available finishes offered include zinc
plating, galvanising, wet painting and powder
coating.
